North Star is a licensed Youth Treatment Center located in the beautiful scenic area of Southern Utah close to Zion's National Park. We help struggling and troubled teenage boys, ages 12-17 years old who are needing treatment for addiction, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, defiance, problems with authority, doing poorly in school, unmotivated, and so much more.
We provide each parent resources for troubled teens so they are equipped to make the best decision when getting their teen help. We work diligently to be among the top programs for at risk youth and ensure we are a quality provider of treatment for troubled teens.
