Dewayne has a wealth of experience in the Restaurant industry including former ownership of Whitfield's Restaurant. He has worked his way through the trenches including serving, bartending, and cooking; every area necessary to bring him to this time. ""The time for a new beginning."" We are extremely excited to bring to the West Nashville area ""Noelle"" a Contemporary American restaurant that believes in and is committed to the excellence in food quality and service. The Chef, Matthew Smith, who brings amazing creativity and a wealth of knowledge to Noelle mirrors Dewayne's vision and it has created a partnership between these two that holds no bounds.
