NoCo House Buyers, Inc. is a Colorado Company founded by Blake Stevens. Our company was created to give home sellers a fair price solution to selling a house in Northern Colorado quickly. We are real estate investors who buy houses from people who are looking for non-traditional options. We buy property in "as-is" condition. Our customers sell in days for CASH or the same price they would NET by selling it with an agent. We aren't the run of the mill realtors telling people what they want to hear, giving advice without ever putting their money where there mouth is. We are able to work with all types of houses and all types of situations. We work with houses ranging from beautiful and big to ugly and small. We strive for simple, no hassle closings.
