Alex has spent his entire legal career helping and representing New Mexicans. He has extensive experience litigating and handling law suits. Alex has broad experience handling wrongful death cases and catastrophic personal injury claims, including quadriplegia, burn injuries, brain and spinal injuries. Alex knows how companies and their insurers investigate and defend claims. Prior to starting New Mexico Injury Attorneys, PC, Alex worked for an Albuquerque business and insurance defense law firm where he learned how big insurance companies evaluate the legal issues in cases, set monetary values for your claims and how they defend themselves against lawsuits. Alex is licensed to practice law in the state courts of New Mexico; the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of New Mexico, New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He has a Certification in Taking & Defending Depositions from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He is currently a Board Member of the Albuquerque Bar Association.
