- All pets must have proof of currently effective rabies inoculation. Pets must be under constant control either in a cage or on a leash not exceeding six feet in length. Pets are prohibited on the beach or in the picnic area. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm through 7 am Swimming is allowed in guarded areas when lifeguards are on duty. Recycling is mandatory. Peak season: A person may be the primary site occupant for 14 total days of camping within a 16 day period. S/he must leave the park for 48 hours once they have stayed the maximum number of days allowed before beginning a new reservation.
