New Cathedral Cemetery was founded in 1871 and still has room for several generations of cemetery plots. The land is adorned with rolling hills, lush landscapes, and historical landmarks. If you choose cremation, choose “The Garden” to bury or store the remains of your loved one. The niches are securely kept inside a columbarium or buried underground. The cemetery boasts the resting place of the most Hall of Fame baseball players than any other cemetery in the country. Civil War heroes, famous figures, politicians, and other sports heroes are buried within the burial grounds as well. The Perpetual Care Fund guarantees that the land will be manicured and taken care of indefinitely, so you will never have to worry about the final resting place of your loved one.
New Cathedral Cemetery is a Catholic cemetery that offers pre-planning services. You can reserve burial plots for the whole family now so that you are not scrambling to find cemetery lots close to each other in the future.
