- If you need to cancel your reservation and do so at least one week in advance of the first day of your stay, we will refund the full amount less $20 for our administrative costs. If you have to cancel within a week of your stay, we will not refund your deposit unless we are able to re-sell the room. However, you may use that deposit toward a stay at a later date. Refunds will be made by the same payment method used to make the deposit.

- Nebo charges one night’s deposit (for each of the rooms reserved) to reserve a room(s) for up to 5 nights, and two nights’ deposit for 5 nights or more. (We do not charge any tax at this point.)
