It was a qualifying repair service from the technician who worked on my cooktop not igniting. The first step he did was he took a little time to investigate what the problem was. He was able to determine whether it may be a serious problem. After a minute, the damaged part was fixed as well. It was fixed perfectly! Highly recommended!
