front office is a joke...hazardous chemicals not properly stored. GM is a joke! leads are a HUGE joke! tons of manipulation and mind control as they work with DARPA so that should be a surprise. no training program, GM is a huge joke...talks down to all employees...none of them respect or like him, including HR. all employees are treated like slave children instead of grown men and women. if injured they will lay you off or fire you instead of helping you! people are scared to express concerns due to the fact that they may be fired of laid off. things were so bad and the front office wouldnt listen to me so i actually had to contact OSHA to come out to fix issues and my lead blocked me from talking to them and asked if id like to go to lunch early that day when they NEVER EVER ask you to do so. this company is not worth your time or energy or your skills.....they dont appreciate anyone...they just look at production numbers.......in the 2 years i was there i bet you i saw at least 20 plus people fired of laid off like they werent even people. I endured a repetitive motion injury and was laid off. I was told there was lack of work instead of them helping me or instead of them laying off someone else with less experience then I. I was there for 2 years and could run circles around other workers. They just wanted to get rid of me so they didnt have to deal with my neck, shoulder, back, and elbow issue after they had me do the same repetitive job for 2 years straight. even after having a meeting with the GM, HR, and my lead they still never helped me or came to ask if i was ok. instead they let me work with nothing changed and thought i was going to continue to do the job in pain for 16 days after the meeting waiting for an ergonomic person to come and help me.....instead they laid me off before i got any help what so ever.....the GM, HR, and my lead never once came to see how I was doing, nor do they care about you at all as a person. see you in COURT!!!!!!!!
Morgan doesn’t know how to treat people. when injuries are brought to your attention you dont do the correct thing. instead you act in your evil ways and either fire or lay off the employee. guess what this is going to bring you a law suit! starting right here! the general manager in auburn is a joke. he has what, 5 motorcycles and when you have your review he'd rather give you a bogus review and a bad raise so he can get a new bike rather then appreciating the work YOU have done. He LOVES to keep you down and loves to control you. GM talks to all of the employees like little children. they tell us they want us healthy...yet the front office are a bunch of HUGE hephers who cant even see their feet including the GM and HR.."miss fupa!"...during plant meetings we are given ice cream and treats like little children and the GM LOVES to talk down to ALL employees and NO ONE likes you in the auburn building as they are all onto his BS! i would advise you to pull your heads out and get a training program in place because what you have now is a JOKE like the rest of the company. You should as well cross train all employees and rotate them during the day or week so one employee is doing the same job for years on end and developing a repetitive injury. you should also have a larger lunch area instead of a 15x15 foot space for 40 workers to eat lunch...instead they have no where to go instead of outside in the blasting heat. I would advise you to treat people like people with respect and honor instead of sitting up on your "high horse" looking down on your slaves. No one trusts the GM and they all think you are a dirt bag guaranteed! I cant wait to see your face when I see you chubby self in court big GM boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
