AUTOMATED DOOR LOCKS
What can smart door locks do for you?
See who is at the door – even when your not at home! With the smartphone companion app, you can receive notifications anytime someone comes to the door or unlocks it. The app will even allow you to unlock the door remotely so you can let guests in while you’re away.
Automated lock and unlock mechanism. Now you don’t need your keys to get into your home. Once you approach the automated lock with your synced mobile device, the door will unlock for you and lock up again once you are inside.
Create virtual keys not copies of keys. With connected smart door locks, you’ll never have to go have key copies created again. Just add virtual access to each person you want to authorize entry into your home. You can even use temporary guest passes to allow services in and delete the access code once it’s no longer needed.
Track the activity in and out of your home. Every time the door is opened, it is tracked in an activity log so you can see when the door is opened and who opened it based on the virtual key used to get in. Want to know when the kids get home from school? No problem! You can set up alerts to let you know as soon as the door has been opened.
Never forget to lock the door again. With smart locks for your home, you never have to wonder if the door is locked. You can set the doors to lock automatically at a certain time after they’ve been unlocked and check the status of the lock from your smartphone.
FIRE & HEAT DETECTORS
Smoke Detectors Having installed and working smoke detectors around the house will help to reduce the chance of a fire spreading throughout your home. When smoke is detected the alarm will sound inside the house as well as alert the MONI Alarm Response Center in case local firefighters need to be notified.
Heat Detectors These heat detectors provide additional protection by monitoring the temperature levels in your home and triggers an alarm for dangerous temperature changes. These will be monitored by a CSAA certified emergency response team as well – even if the alarm system is off.
MEDICAL ALERT DEVICES
MOTION SENSORS
Motion Sensors Infrared motion sensor provides protection within your home, as well as the outside and your garage. Motion sensors are able to detect motion up to a range of 35 feet and will trigger an alarm if there is any movement. Since there have been many technological advances in sensors, a motion sensor is able to differentiate between humans and animals, which will prevent false alarms.
Door and Window Sensors If your doors or windows are forced open while you are away, the sensor will be able to send a signal to your control panel. When the control panel is triggered, it will send an alert to our Alarm Response Center. Door and window sensors can be installed to any door or window in your home.
Glass Break Detector Glass break detectors usually use a microphone to catch the sound of vibrating or breaking glass. These are installed on walls near windows, and are great sensors to protect your home against intruders breaking through glass entry ways.
Pet-Immune Motion Sensor This sensor can tell the difference between humans and pets using an infrared sensor. Your pets will be able to move around freely without signaling your security system.
Shock Sensor Intruders who try to force their way into your home won’t get very far with a shock sensor. This type of sensor can detect movement made from a burglar trying to break in through doors and windows.
Garage Sensor When a garage opens or closes, the sensor will send an alert to your phone and the MONI Alarm Response Center. They are installed on the interior side of garage doors.

Indoor Pan & Tilt Camera A pan/tilt camera frees you from watching a static video feed and goes your more power to monitor your home by allowing you to pan the camera to see different angles of the location it’s been installed. This camera is suitable for large rooms where several static cameras would’ve been needed to view the entire space.
Indoor Fixed Camera with Night Vision This indoor camera comes with night vision capabilities so you can get a clear picture of what is happening in your home no matter how much light is available. The video is both live and recorded so you can play back any of the day’s activities if necessary.
Indoor Fixed Camera Fixed indoor cameras are great for hot spots around the home such as entryways that lead in and out of your home. These cameras record high quality, full-color video that you can watch live or watch later from any of your mobile devices.
Indoor Image Sensor This camera is activated by a built in motion sensor that collects pictures anytime it senses movement nearby. It can send these images via notification to your email or phone to alert you of unexpected activity in your home.

Heat Detector This type of detector works great alongside a smoke detector. A heat detector will be able to sense the rise in very high temperatures caused by fires. It will provide 24/7 monitoring that will alarm the MONI Alarm Response Center if there is an increase in temperatures in your home or business.
Moisture Sensors A great preventative measure for your home. Installing a moisture sensor will ensure your home is protected from water leaks that could ruin your valuables and floors. They can be placed in bathrooms, kitchens, or in areas with water lines.
Freeze Sensors In cold weather it can be hard to monitor our home’s pipes. With a freeze sensor, it will monitor the temperature of your home 24/7. This type of sensor is able to detect temperatures that could potentially freeze or break your water pipes and will send alerts to help prevent costly damage.
