We are truly sorry Ronald that this happened to you and many others. We like you, do not like surprises. Our response will not bring you and others any reconciliation, but it will bring understanding to others. Ronald was one of over 150,000 people that responded to a negative response campaign promoted by a third party licensee of Money Mastery. This third party company violated their agreements with us by not responding live 24/7 to complaints, questions or other inquiries. As in all negative response campaigns (meaning, you buy this at $1.95 for a sample trial, if you like what you buy then you do nothing and we charge you more money for the full product after three days, but it is your responsibility to cancel) there are many with intentions to cancel, but do not.
