Moreover, he directs and implements best practice schedules, templates and process to ensure operational efficiencies in all services and line. He is associated with Washington Permanente Medical group (formerly Group Health Permanente) for 17 years now.
Previously, he served as a local chief of head and neck surgery from 2001 to 2008 and Assistant medical director at Permanente Medical group.
