- Refunds are honored in full less a $15. processing fee if cancellations are made two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days from the scheduled check-in time for 1-3 days will be charged one nights stay; Cancellations made less than 14 days from the scheduled check-in time for a booking of 4 or more days will be charged 1/2 of the full stay if we are unable to re-book the room. We do not refund for an early departure.
