Company description
Melanie Casey is a professional jewelry artist. She currently works with a small team of assistants from her studio just outside of Boston, MA, where they forge Melanie’s original designs by hand. Melanie’s designs are delicate and feminine, showcasing sparkling, colorful gemstones and 14k gold. Much of Melanie’s creative process involves carving her designs from wax by hand, achieving the organic shapes and curves that make her designs so unique. Once the wax carvings are complete, they are cast into 14k gold. The metal is then brought from its raw state to bright, shining pieces of fine jewelry. Melanie and her team source and set their own gemstones, and do all of their own detail work and polishing. Aside from casting and engraving, all aspects of the jewelry-making process are done in-house. This ensures that the same quality is maintained for every single piece of jewelry that is created. Above all else, Melanie focuses on value for her clients, and strives to create spectacular heirloom-quality jewelry that will be cherished for years to come.
