I have been looking for a massage gun for my husband's birthday. He was thrilled with the gun. I love that it has different attachments to use for different needs. The case is also nice to have. It is a bit heavy and doesn't work while it charging. But other than that we are thrilled with the massage gun and my husband's muscles love it!
After getting my brother a massage gun for Christmas and him liking it so much, I wanted to get one for my husband too since he’s always sore after playing golf or working out. I also wanted to use this for myself after running as I train for my half marathon to help massage my calves and legs. There appear to be a lot of guns like these out in the market, but I chose this one because it has thirty (30) speed levels instead of twenty and this one has a 2000mAh high-quality lithium battery, so it can be used for up to six (6) hours of deep tissue massage per charge so it’s long-lasting. Before using for the first time, you want to make sure to charge for at least six (6) hours. With thirty (30) speeds, this massage gun, also known as a percussion massager, has a range of 400 to 3,300 percussions per minute so the intensity is adjustable. A nice thing also is that it’s wireless so this is portable and even comes with a nice carrying case to hold the massage gun and its six (6) applicator heads for a full-body deep tissue massage. The large ball shape is for large muscle groups such as back, thighs, calves, butt and waist. The pointed shape is for a deep tissue massage, the flat shape is for muscle relaxation and the prong shape is for massaging the neck, spine, and Achilles heel. To operate, simply turn the on/off button to “On” on the bottom and the device should light up on the bottom of the handle (watch my video to see how this massage gun works). A green light indicates that it has sufficient battery and a red light indicates that it needs to be charged. Then turn the power icon on the display screen and you can adjust the speed levels by pressing the plus and minus signs. The left number indicates the speed level. Turn the on/off button to “Off” when done.I recently had the opportunity to try a similar product at the Nike store and it really helped loosen my muscles post workout. I run and work out multiple times per weeks and used to go for massages every alternate week in order to help my muscles recover. With the move towards self-isolation, I looked for a product to do massage at home. With this product I was able to access almost all-parts of my body using this massage gun.
It has multiple speeds. You just need to turn the lever at the bottom on and then turn on the power button in the touch screen. you can change the speed using + and - sign in the touch screen. it's a 30 stop speed massage gun and pressure is pretty relaxing.
