Bankruptcy
I only represent debtors in bankruptcy. Assuming bankruptcy is appropriate, I will decide whether you should file a chapter 7 or a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Chapter 7 is for the majority of debtors whose earnings are low enough to pass the means test. Chapter 13 is usually for debtors who either earn too much money to qualify for a chapter 7 bankruptcy or for debtors who want to save their home from being foreclosed.
