Recommends Positive Outlook Approves of CEO I have been working at Mars full-time (Less than a year) Pros -Very strong culture, guided by the "Five Principles" -Invest heavily in associate engagement -Pay in the 75th percentile -Excellent benefits -Caring line managers who invest in their associates -Tons of opportunity for career advancement coupled with strategic support to get you to where you want to go within the business Cons Honestly, none I can think of at the moment. Advice to Management There's a huge benefit to being a "player-coach." If that's not possible, then at least learn the basics of what your team members do so that they respect your knowledge and you can best support their needs.
