With 20+ years living, working, and giving in the local Sacramento community, I call this place home. I have a lot of experience in our local communities, market trends, and home values – all of which are an advantage to my clients. Within my community I have given over 300 hours a year in volunteering through many venues such as Boy Scouts of America, California Capital Airshow, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, teaching computer skills/computer science at a local elementary school, local Food drives, and I coach for local youth soccer club. I really care about this area and it shows beyond my Real Estate experience!
As an agent, the relationship is more important than the transaction. Creating a relationship in the buying and selling process says a lot more about the services I offer and the quality of person I am than leaving a transaction any other way. I look for the best possible outcomes for clients which takes a trusted partner, not a sales agent. Building rapport and relationships with each client, I can help them identify ideal properties, and determine the best ways to meet their needs throughout the process.
