Marcum BP was formed in January 2011 as a joint venture between Marcum LLP and Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP. We are registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and have significant experience coordinating with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and major U.S. stock markets including NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange.
