- If cancellation is necessary, it must be done 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival to receive a refund of the deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. If cancellation is made fewer than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made unless we can fill the vacancy in which case, full refund less $25.00 processing fee will be given. No refunds for early departure.
