- 1. All cancellations are subject to a fee or a room charge. The fee for cancellation with either 7 or 14 days notice (see below) is $20 for a single night or 10% of the entire booking for a multiple-night stay. 2. We require at least 14 days notice June 15 through Labor Day, and during "holiday" periods (e.g. Valentine's Day, President's weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Thanksgiving Day & weekend, and Christmas through New Year's. Less than 14 days notice will result in a room charge unless the room can be re-booked. 3. At other times of the year, we require at least 7 days notice. Less than 7 days notice will result in a room charge unless the room can be re-booked.
