I was very happy when the technician told me that my refrigerator that was not freezing was already fixed. Benny was the only technician who did an amazing job of fixing my broken appliance. Alex, the technician guy from this company, was fantastic and stayed extra time to make sure that the range top that was not heating was perfectly solved. It was a terrific performance! Your technician has an extraordinary work on my stove that was not igniting. Fast and reliable! The technician that repaired our range top hinge problems was amazing! He was our service technician for two years now. We always have him because he was great at explaining the problem and his solutions before proceeding to his work. He was very knowledgeable.
