We have convenient hours to serve your every need. Our staff, our most valuable asset, loves pets. So much so, that it is why they are so dedicated to the practice of veterinary medicine. They will always receive your pets with open arms. They also love playing with our guests (your pets) who are treated like family while visiting our practice. In January 1995, Dr. Cameron Moorehead founded MainStreet Veterinarians of Stone Mountain with the vision of providing a higher quality of life to all the pets he cared for. In 1999, MainStreet Veterinarians of Stone Mountain expanded from offering mainly conventional veterinary medicine and surgery to also offering a wide array of alternative and holistic treatments to the veterinary community as well. As a result, many animal cases of non-optimum health that weren’t resolving with conventional methods of diagnosis and treatment have now been brought back to a state of optimum health by utilizing alternative/holistic techniques of analysis and treatment. Today, with a staff of over 11 employees MainStreet Veterinarians of Stone Mountain offers medicine, surgery, boarding, grooming and retail services as well as Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation (pet chiropractic), nutritional counseling and Nutrition Response Testing and a wide array of holistic foods and nutritional supplements.
