Magilla is an anonymous search engine (for both residential and commercial loans) that connects borrowers to lenders without requesting any personal information: no name, no social security or phone number.
Lenders preset the criteria of the loan they are seeking. When a borrower's request matches their criteria, the lender makes a proposal. As lenders propose on a borrower's request, a borrower is sent an easy-to-read comparison chart of all the lenders' proposals. A borrower then chooses a lender with whom he wishes to close the loan.
