After spending 15 years in Marin County, CA and a year and a half in Italy, I moved to Boulder in the spring of 1985 and have now happily called Boulder home for almost 30 years. The mother of two boys, I am intimately familiar with the area and its wonderful features and have first hand knowledge of the Boulder Valley School District. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, cooking/dining, painting, golf, yoga and traveling.
I have been helping clients with home sales and purchases since 2000. A consistent top producer, I have received many awards for exceptional performance. As part of my commitment to excellence, I continually take classes and seminars to improve my education and professional skills in the area of Real Estate, Finance and Investments.
Following are the designations I have earned:
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential field. Fewer than 4.5% of Realtors hold the CRS designation. Realtors must have demonstrated professional expertise, have fulfilled high performance requirements and completed advanced education in related areas of finance, marketing and technology.
CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an International designation to agents who have completed the educational requirements and have met the high performance standards in the upper tier market (top 10% of the market.) Trusted primary resource for the buyer and selling of luxury homes.
GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, is a national professional real estate designation. This is earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program that includes 92 hours of live instruction from faculty with extensive experience in their own areas of expertise.
CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert
ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative denotes a Sales Associate who is qualified to provide buyer representation and is familiar with buyer brokerage and buyer agency issues.
