Hello! My name is Quanisha and I am the CEO of Luxe Crafts Handcrafted Home and Beauty Products. I make soy wax candles, artisan soaps, whipped body butter and many other home and beauty products that you will love without breaking the bank!
My love for candles is what led me on my journey to candle making. I spent countless hours of studying and researching everything about candle making before making my very first candle. From the first candle pour the spark just continued to blossom.
After many successes with candle making I tried my hand at creating whipped body butters. The idea of creating body butters came from the lack of satisfaction from store bought lotions. I would constantly apply addition lotion throughout the day. I use all natural ingredients in making the body butters so not only would they smell good they would also have a lot of benefits for the skin. The body butters are made to have maximum moisture retention for the skin also to be nourishing and rejuvenating.
Soap making has been so rewarding for me. I struggled with commercial “soaps” for a long time before finally realizing those “soaps” weren’t actually soap. Some would be classified as “bath bar” or “beauty bar” and they consist of detergents and foaming agents. Some ingredients in those soaps could strip the skin of its natural oils and moisture. All soaps that are produced at Luxe Crafts are made with all natural ingredients that help the skin feel clean without stripping natural oils.
