Love Therapy Associates has been operating in its current Eastside location, for over eleven years and has become known for its complementary collection of independently practicing associates: all licensed, with differing focuses of specialized training and therapeutic approaches, and mature in life-experience. We have ten women and two men, some currently teaching at local Universities, some on part-time status in hospital, hospice, and alcohol treatment facilities. Several have worked in residential treatment centers and local school districts with children and teens. A couple are targeting small business staffbuilding contracts and work in various capacities as a staff interpersonal troubleshooter and personal coach for medical/dental/chiropractic businesses experiencing high staff turnover.
In efforts to reach and serve our community, some of us are currently contributing writers for popular and professional publications and others have taught large, well-attended seminars for corporations including Microsoft, Puget Power, Boise Cascade, Children's Hospital, and provided Continuing Education training for physicians through the University of Washington, and firefighters through the Washington Coalition of Firefighters. We are often sought as public speakers and serve on expert panels for local civic organizations and TV stations.
