- Parking
- There is space for 5,600 cars at the airport in a covered and a remote parking. Garage levels 1-3 offer covered parking, while level 4 and the remote parking are uncovered. Drivers may park in any parking, but the remote parking offers the best value for long-term parking. Free shuttles run from the remote parking to the terminal building, every 10-15 minutes. - Airport Overview
- A near total renovation of Louisville International Airport's airfield was finished in 1998. The expansion brought the opening of the new east and west parallel runways, a new Kentucky Air National Guard Base, a new United States Postal Service air mail facility, new corporate hangars, a new fixed-based operator, a four-level parking garage to handle increased passenger activity, and a new control tower. There are plans for a new Wyndham Airport Hotel that will be connected to the airport.

- Disabled Services
- The airport has ramps, and lifts fitted with Braille control buttons. There is one TDD telephone per bank of telephones; telephones are wheelchair-accessible. For wheelchairs and assistance with boarding, disabled passengers should contact their airline. Two eight-passenger chauffeured electric carts and a 93m (310ft) escalator transport passengers to/from gates. Reduced-rate and reserved parking is available in the covered car park, close to lifts.
