The process was smooth. Only this company's expert technician did a perfect job dealing with my air conditioning and heating repair needs. He knew exactly what parts should be checked and fixed. Knew also what necessary things to do to get my unit fixed. So happy that he figured out the problem immediately and made sure to fix it perfectly before leaving. Five-star service!
