- Great child care where you work - DOWNTOWN! The mission of Little Eagles is to provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant full day child care for federal and non-federal families with children ages 6 weeks to five years old. We operate according to National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) standards in teacher-child ratio, teacher education, environments and programming. (Little Eagles Child Development Center is a chapter of Sound Child Care Solutions.)
