Since 2008, Lemus Construction has provided Home Improvement, and Repair in the San Francisco and Peninsula areas. We hold CA913461 (General Building Contractor, Painting And Decorating) licenses and EPA RRP Lead Safe # NAT-109641-1.
We value professionalism, quality, and customer service. Our clients know that we have their best interests at heart. We provide fair and reasonable bids, with materials that will last, and high quality construction.
Our process is simple. First give us a call or send an email to request a free consultation. During our meeting we will listen, inspect, take notes and pictures. We will then submit an estimate with a detailed scope of work and we will be able to answer all of your questions or make changes if necessary. When our proposal is approved we will send you an agreement, schedule the project and pull all of the necessary building permits when required.
Once the project begins our promise is to keep the job site clean, keep you informed, build or repair with integrity and better than before. Our goal is to become your “go to guys” for you, your friends and family.
