Sheehy was a municipal court district court and felony prosecutor for over seven years where he handled cases ranging from simple assaults to serious felonious offenses. He left the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in 2007 and immediately launched a thriving criminal defense practice. His legal assistant Wendy Cochinella has over 18 years of criminal defense experience and is an invaluable member of the firm. Attorney Sheehy is currently a Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) in the Air National Guard as a Reservist where he provides advice to commanders and represents individuals facing disciplinary actions.
