Since 2002, the bulk of Kelly’s practice has included complex family law matters. Over the years and in two different states, Kelly Peterson earned a reputation for effectively handling high-conflict matters involving such areas as complex financial issues, substance abuse, child abuse/neglect (and false allegations thereof), mental health issues, and domestic violence. He has effectively represented his clients in literally thousands of court hearings.Additionally, Kelly has helped resolve hundreds of cases in mediation, has represented abused and neglected children as a Guardian ad Litem, and represented clients in a variety of other civil areas.
