Spears, PLLC is dedicated to representing and serving Florida’s Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers, Correctional Officers, Probation Officers, Teachers, Public Employees, Union Members and anyone who has been oppressed, injured or disabled. We are proud to support various Labor Unions in Florida and represent members of the Florida Professional Firefighters (FPF), Fraternal order of Police (FOP), The Teamsters, The Police Benevolence Association (PBA), AFL-CIO, Florida Education Association (FEA) and others in Workers’ Compensation Claims, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Claims, Pension Matters, Social Security Disability Claims, Retaliatory Discharge Claims and other matters.
