Terrible! She takes your money and destroys case! This racket filed 140+ lawsuits against their own clients! We hired her years ago and she sued us ! Cohen was hired to represent us in court and screwed up our case. She was late and unprepared. The judge yelled at her and threatend to remove her from our hearing for not following complying with court procedure. She brought 3 sheets of blank copier paper with her that was supposed to have questions for our opponents. She held up the hearing looking through the mess she had scribbled looking for questions. That really annoyed the judge at our hearing. Later, we noticed, what looked very much like Cohen cutting a deal with our opponents behind our backs. Faye Cohen had NO intentions to fight for us. During the hearing, Cohen appeared to be confused and intimidated by our opponent's attorneys. Cohen was taken down by the other side's attorney, who is less than half of Cohen's age. Cohen is 68 yrs old and brags about her 40+ yrs of practice. That's BS! We later discovered, Cohen makes money suing her own customers for legal fees that are NOT justifed! Go to the Philadelphia Municipal Court website and follow all the links to its "Small Claims Division". You can check her lawfirm's name in there. We were outraged to discover Cohen filed over 140 lawsuits in the past 10 yrs against her own clients. We read the letters of complaint sent by her victims to the courts. WE see nothing but a big racket going on here. This certainly needs the state and the feds to investigate this scam. Faye Cohen shoots "high" on her claims and the judges knock a little bit down to make the defendant feel a little better. After Faye Cohen gets a "judgement" on her former client, she lets the matter rest for a few yrs letting the debt to rack up even more interest and then she goes for the "kill". We urge ALL the victims of this racket to inform the state and the feds! We ARE in the process.
