This is the Nashville, Tennessee office for Dean Richard Lynn, former Dean for Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and Pepperdine University, and long-time legal scholar and professor. He splits his time between Lincoln and Nashville. He is a highly sought-after advisor to other attorneys, helping them on complex strategies for cases at both trial and appeal, whether civil or criminal, state or federal.
Richard Lynn began practicing law in 1976 in Nashville, Tennessee. After a career in legal education, including service as Dean at two law schools, he now has a law practice in two states, Tennessee and Nebraska. He has written books about jury trial and appeals, as well as other articles and contributions to legal treatises. Richard currently represents businesses and nonprofit organizations which seek to grow, nationally and internationally, and understand the value of sensible legal advice. Start-ups are welcome. Whether the ultimate objective is franchising or company-owned expansion, you should lay the groundwork by preventing future legal problems.
