LAPA - Latin America Parents Association is a group of parents
who have adopted or are planning to adopt children from Latin America. We provide guidance counseling, workshops,
information on our approved sources as well as the current state of adoption laws throughout Latin America.
LAPA is a not-for-profit organization in the State of New York. LAPA is not an adoption agency, but a volunteer association of adoptive parents.
