- If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your entire prepayment will be refunded. Prepayments for reservations canceled 15 - 29 days in advance will be held for one year for a future stay. If cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to arrival, your entire prepayment will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for early departure, and gift certificates are nonrefundable. Any changes to arrival or departure dates are considered cancellations and are subject to the above policy.
