- Deposits will be refunded when cancellation notice is received a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, minus a $25 administration fee per room cancelled. All cancellations must be in writing either by postal mail or email to [email protected]. For reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. We are a small B&B and cancellations have a large effect on our income, and we make food purchases based on our reservations. For 12 hours of Sebring race week, any cancellation less than 4 weeks in advance will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit unless we are able to re-rent the room. In that event, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee per room cancelled.
