- There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations. You will receive a full refund of your deposit, less the cancellation fee, if notice is given at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. Less then 14 days notice will forfeit the one night deposit. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Please be prepared to pay for the time reserved upon arrival. Sorry, there are no refunds for early departures.
