Mr. Lacy’s extensive trial experience includes litigation in a wide-range of practice areas including birth and brain injuries, all types of vehicle accidents and will and estate contests. He has obtained million dollar and multi-million dollar settlements for clients while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism. Mr. Lacy is a 1972 West Virginia University honors graduate and a 1976 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.
