I stayed here over the weekend on business, and though it appears to be an older property, it's pleasant, well-maintained, and operated by an attentive, pleasant, accommodating staff. It's, of course, in LA's Koreatown--virtually surrounded by nice eateries. If you're a serious sushi lover, please, try to contain yourself; there's a spot, literally, on every corner. The room was clean and comfortable (nice bed and bathroom), though some of its mounted artwork could use some serious updating -- but please don't let this minor thing deter you from experiencing the JJ Grand. It's worth it. I would do it again. In fact, I'd even look forward to it!
