- RESERVATIONS: Taxes are not included and rates may change without notice. Two day minimum stay on weekends and three on holidays. A deposit equal to one half (full amount for one night reservations) is required, balance due on arrival. We accept all major credit cards. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING - Smoking is permitted outside but not in the courtyard. NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to cancel or reschedule your booking within 24hrs of your arrival will result in the FULL duration of booking being charged no exceptions CANCELLATION: Cancellations made within 21 days of the first day of your reservation will result IN LOSS OF YOUR FULL RESERVATION UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE SPACES. A 10% SERVICE CHARGE WILL APPLY IN ALL CASES. Our spaces are limited and cancellations are very damaging. You are always welcome to make a gift of your reservation. At our discretion we may provide a gift voucher good for all or part of the cancelled reservation.
