Kim offers Realty Austin and its clients her innate ability to build and fortify strong business relationships. She combines her knowledge of the local Austin real estate market with extraordinary account management skills that enable her to quickly and effectively identify the needs of her clients. Whether it’s offering recommendations to satisfy her client’s wants or helping them select furniture for their new home, Kim enjoys acclimating her client to not only their new residence, but also to the surrounding lifestyle. Kim practices a very strong, fundamental business philosophy; she is customer-driven and works hard to ensure that her clients receive the highest degree of personalized, professional service.
Kim is an active member of the Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association (DANA), the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA).
Most recently, Kim worked at a local downtown real estate firm in Austin before joining Realty Austin. Prior to that, she worked in New York City with Prudential Douglas Elliman, Prudential in New Jersey, and Century 21. She remains licensed in New York and New Jersey. Always having a passion for real estate and service, Kim was also employed by Exclusive Resorts, which is a luxury real estate and concierge business that instilled the importance of paying the utmost attention to detail and providing unparalleled service.
Kim holds a degree in public relations and advertising from Ramapo College in New Jersey and also studied Holistic Nutrition at the Academy of Natural Health Sciences. She was born and raised in New Jersey only ten miles outside of New York City.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys cooking, playing tennis, practicing yoga, traveling, and reading. She resides in Downtown Austin.
