More details
- Mission
- Kettering University provides an exceptional education that is based on experiential learning, innovation and entrepreneurship, and an expanding set of relevant degree programs. Our students take their classroom learning to a variety of work settings (including an extensive cooperative education program)and bring their working knowledge to the classroom. They are prepared to move into the "real world" with practical experience and first-hand knowledge of how business, industry, service organizations, research and development actually work. Our faculty is dedicated to teaching excellence in a learner-centered environment and infuses concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship across the entire curriculum. We have small classes led by full-time, Ph.D.-level faculty members and first-class labs that provide "hands-on" education right from the first semester. More than 92% of Kettering students receive some sort of financial aid and/or earn a generous merit scholarship. In addition, many students are paid for the work they perform during experiential learning terms. Any university can take you places; Kettering University will help you reach your goals.
