Our founder Anjali Pati brings extensive knowledge and background from her personal experiences and education in Naturopathic Medicine of living-bio-available product development using a proprietary blend of human-derived strains. With primarily utilization of strains from the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium genera, Kashaya Yogurt was born from a passion to intergrate our understanding of living probiotics into a functional food product.
