Company description
I am a highly experienced attorney having practiced, before becoming a solo practitioner, throughout the entire Rochester, New York area in both large and smaller law firms. The principal area of my Real Estate Attorney practice has evolved, over the years, generally into Real Property law, but covering a broad array of subjects within that general practice area.
These include, as described more fully below, the negotiation and review of a wide variety of commercial real estate contracts and leases; the closing of sometimes complex real estate transactions; real estate dispute resolution and litigation, including title, boundary, lease and easement disputes; representation of applicants on substantial land use and zoning matters; representation of municipalities on a wide variety of municipal law issues; representation of property owners in condemnation and tax assessment matters; and completion of extensive training sponsored by the New York State Bar Association to serve as a mediator in a variety of civil matters.
