My movers did an amazing job! The packing and the loading took about 5 hours, they agreed to store my furniture for few weeks as my closing felt through and I couldn't get into my new house. Upon the delivery all of my furniture was unwrapped from the protective blankets and placed in the rooms. The movers were very patient with all of our needs and professionally handled my belongings. I could not ask for better movers.

This company arrived a few minutes early, worked very hard and couldn't have been more pleasant throughout the whole day. They managed to bring heavy furniture up a staircase. When they couldn't bring up my computer desk, they took it apart and put it back together perfectly! They are just amazing and I also definitely recommend them.

Wonderful Team! I loved the team of guys who moved me! I would use them again. From my first phone call to set up the move, everyone was very respectful and helpful they came when promised and delivered as promised. All my furniture was wrapped so securely I had no problems with dents or scratches. I would use Joy Moving and Storage again.

Phenomenal! We are military and have a lot of moving experience in different countries. This was the first time we had to pay for our move and thus picked the company. I had four companies come to our house and give us estimates. Being active duty military I have a very transient lifestyle and have made many moves in my 17 plus years of service. I recently used this company to move from Chesapeake, Va. to Herndon, Va. I've never seen a more coordinated, efficient, careful, and helpful bunch of men. Rick assured me they would be good, but I had no idea! Joy Moving And Storage were not the cheapest, but fairly priced. Their customer service is phenomenal!

Joy Moving And Storage moved me to my new place in AZ from CAwithout any errors, any delay or any other unwanted circumstances. The movers themselves, led by Derrick were dressed neatly in uniform and extremely polite. I could tell this wasn't their first time as they literally flew around my home packing and wrapping everything. All the movers were young and strong enough to hoist heavy items spontaneously. They left with a warm goodbye and 6 days later I received a call from their operations department that my delivery would be there within 36 hours. Not a single damage done to any of my belongings completed the entire move a lot earlier than the estimated time and charged the same amount mentioned in the initial quote. There was nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you! I would use them again in a heartbeat.
