Company description
Joseph Welsh was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He is the oldest of six (6) boys. He attended Friends University in Wichita, Kansas obtaining his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. He went on to Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, where he graduated with honors in 1999. After graduation, Joseph was admitted to practice law in Missouri. Since then he has handled thousands of cases, both defending and prosecuting claims. He has successfully tried many cases to verdict in jury trials, and has extensive experience with resolving cases through arbitration and mediation.
Joseph sits on the board for the Southwest Kansas Guidance Center. He is member of the Knights of Columbus and Sublette Chamber of Commerce. He is also a supporter of FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education), Midwest Innocence Project, and all things football.
