The workout is comprehensive, it’s a TOTAL body workout; and really gets your heart rate going. They give great instruction and teach you how to kickbox with the proper technique. The class itself has a lot of energy and once you get past the warm-up, you are ready for the kickboxing rounds. If you are worried about the class moving too fast or at a pace you are not used to don’t worry the first time is one on one. After that there are instructors on the floor to help you with combinations. Great team and workout! Good family vibe as well.
